Went to a party last night where we ended up debating and discussing the state of the music industry, truth in marketing, women’s rights, gun control, and what number of dicks the right girl would have to suck in order to get two T-shirts instead of one.

Public Service Announcement – Paris Hilton Job Offer

For some reason, while I was looking over these images after our shoot, I kept hearing Led Zeppelin lyrics in my head. Anyway, our pal Brad has this freakish lemon tree on his property, which seems like it must have been there since before there were homes in the San Fernando Valley, back when it was all orchards. The lemons it produces can get HUGE and even the rind smells soooooooo good. Scar 13 made a still life arrangement in her kitchen with some of them and ForrestBlack and I just had to shoot her with it. When she sank her teeth into the outside of the lemon, the room filled with the most amazingly wonderful smell, like lemons from the grocery store, only many times stronger and sweeter. Like if lemons were fresh cut grass. The whole sexy still life series appears on both BlueBlood.com and Scar13.com.

I’ve been trying to get back to the gym, hire a trainer again, etc. But my ankle is really bothering me. At this point, the last of the string of doctors I’ve gone to told me that it would probably never get better, given that it is not better yet. I feel like I’m not crippled enough to be a cripple. And I know the world is full of people who suffer more. But my mood is less chipper if I can’t get vigorous excersize and there are so many little things I can’t do or can’t do very well any more. And it hurts and it’s stressful.

For some reason, I love A/C and super cold drinks, but I find icing my ankle really unpleasant. Been doing it twice a day lately and it helps, but bleah.

I’ve been going over the initial medical care I got in my head and replaying the conversations with that first doctor and I think she really fucked up. Not that having some idea whose fault it could be really helps.

I should probably get an MRI, but I just can’t see putting together that much dough for a test which will just tell me exactly what it is which will never heal i.e. if there is bone broken off in my foot or really fucked up ligaments or what.

Most of the time, I can just put it out of my mind, except when I get dressed up to go out and can’t wear good shoes. But today it is bumming me out. I’m trying so hard to take good care.

Was there some sort of international symposium this week on nude vs. nonnude work and photography featuring the cock?

Hey there everyone in my LJ, I just posted this in a community, but I’m interested in what folks I know a bit better think on the topic as well:

Quick intro: Although smut is not the only area I create in, I’ve done a lot of erotic writing, photography, and editing. In 1992, I founded Blue Blood, a magazine to showcase how hot and cool my friends and people like them were. It evolved into BlueBlood.com.

Maybe I took too many women’s studies classes at university, but something I’ve really been struggling with lately is the number of membership sites which employ a female spokesmodel who they pretend is a businessperson at the helm but who is definitely not steering the ship. I don’t think there is anything wrong with spokemodels, but I loathe liars. It really troubles me that so many supposed journalists are so quick to get excited about the business acumen of a naked chick who claims she runs an adult site but doesn’t.

I feel that women who consent to mascot status are ultimately complicit in both their own oppression and the oppression of others, but I know the subject is something I feel strongly about, so I am very very interested to hear the opinions of other sex positive feminists. What do you all think about female mascots for adult sites?
