Tell me a recipe you’ve made in quarantine please.
I’m learning to make tacos. This is where I’m at for #carnitas #tacos although I ate all of it, so haven’t tested frozen goal yet.

1.5 lbs free range pork shoulder / pork butt

1 tsp organic cumin .5 tsp salt

2 tsp organic oregano
1 tsp organic black pepper
1/8 cup organic lime juice
1/3 medium organic white onion

3/8 cup organic cold pressed pineapple juice

1 clove organic garlic

put some onions in bottom of rommertof
mix dry spices
rinse pork and pat dry

rub spices in pork and place on onion layer

put remainder of onions and crushed garlic on top of pork

pour lime and pineapple juices over whole thing, taking care not to rinse off rub

cover rommertof and put in oven at 400 for 2 hours

ideally get moist pulled pork which can be lightly browned in a pan before being put in tacos

should also freeze well
