Tart without being too acidic. Was happily surprised by colorful inside of this Pink Pearl apple I got at @erewhonmarket A little research shows apparently this cultivar dates fron 1944, but I never came across one before. I’ve read the colors are anthocyanins flavonoids which are great antioxidants, esp for folks who peel their apples which iv do not. #nofilter #pinkpearl #pink #pearl #apple #apples
