Pecan Pad Thai ( #vegan #glutenfree ) – put filtered water on to boil, half a tablespoon red palm oil in separate pan, season veggies with cumin and sear in pan (in this case #organic green beans), two tablespoons filtered water and one tablespoon sake in veggie pan and cover to steam, once veggies feel about right when poked with fork, put rice flat noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes, mix three tablespoons gluten-free low sodium soy sauce with one tablespoon sake and 1/8 teaspoon sesame seed oil in separate cup, pour off noodles water and put noodles in pan with veggies, pour soy sauce mixture over everything (leaving heat on) and mix thoroughly, lastly mix in three tablespoons delicious @beardyboysinc #organic #pecan nut butter with maple syrup and sea salt until thoroughly melted and coated over noodles and veggies.
