I only went to this off-brand phlebotomy mill because my insurance said I had to if I wanted to both get the labs on the medically correct day and also be covered in network. I seriously am still stunned that such a bad job was done. I’m left having to get the bloodwork still next month. Seriously looking into opting back out of the insurance system next year cause I ended up (1) spending hours talking to insurance and going to different labs based on their changing info and (2) didn’t get the medical care I need and (3) had an upsetting experience and literally injury by two different phlebotomists.

#blownvein from #phlebotomist 1 of 2 who didn’t manage to fill a single vial of #blood is looking happily more like a #bruise and less like new vein structures. Thanks to my friends and arnica and ice etc.

Treatment recommendations? So that green triangle of #vein looking stuff used to be the same thin tracery of green as above it. #Phlebotomist gave me #blownvein and didn’t draw even one full vial of #blood Primary seems to think will be okay fortunately, but I’m fretting. I did some initial pressure, then elevation and icing. Wondering what else I can do.
