#Carnitas y Tortas Ahogada Guadalajara @carnitasytortasahogadasgdl is a stellar little lunch place. Super nice people there. #Delicious meat with a very #slowcooked type tenderness and flavor with any fat apparently rendered or removed. We’ve had #tortas and #tacos here a couple times. Love that they serve everything plain and we get to decide how much onion and cilantro or lime to add. I had the carnitas, #birria and #barbacoa de plancha (apparently fried and YUM!) tacos. Not fancy, but clean and friendly and super #yummy
