This image I shot of the beautiful, responsible yet fun-loving Kellie LaPlegua is the first in a two-parter on her and Louis Fleischauer for Marquis. You all may recall that I posted an, err, dog-fucking photo from the latter half of this shoot a while ago. Given that Marquis was fine with me posting some of the stuff of Crash from last ish, I’m assuming it is cool to share these with the world now. Hopefully this is the case. This will be like the 31st issue I think of Marquis which features Forrest Black’s and my Big in America column. Yes, the camera was set for Tipsyvision (TM) on purpose. That way, Forrest Black and I could concentrate on having fun with our pals and not have to really worry about the pics. The just turned out kind of cool, so I thought I’d post the best ones. Brandise’s are way way better than ours.

Sassy Ondine makes an excellent retro devil girl in this shoot Forrest Black and I did of her in San Francisco. I got to soak in that bathtub too and it was awesome.
I tend to shy away from posting naughtier work, usually, but I’m really proud of this image. I see a certain irony in picking up the camera as a sexuality activist and then having people theoretically within my own scene make me feel funny about being loud and proud. But that is a whole nother post. Without further ado . . .

Forrest Black and Rachel Face and I shot this pinball bondage set at like four o’clock in the morning, after the bar had closed. Rachel Face always knows the good places to shoot.

Forrest Black and I shot the sexy Nixon Sixx and Tankboy in New Orleans. Because it was New Orleans, and a hotel chain I stay at whenever I can, we were able to get this awesome jacuzzi suite for less than a regular room most anywhere else. This kind of real life chemistry between real life lovers is something I feel really artistically inspired by. I have a fondness for shooting people who do more than just model. Although, of course, being a great conversationalist or whatever doesn’t mean the camera will love a person. It made it extra cool that Yolanda, whose 29th Blue Blood VIP set recently posted, designed the dress for Raven Sutherland to take off in her lucky 13th Blue Blood VIP appearance. forrestblack and I shot this set of Raven, but she has been photographed for Blue Blood by a bunch of photographers, including Chad Michael Ward, and in multiple cities. Forrest Black and I have shot Raven in both New Orleans and Los Angeles. I haven’t been to New Orleans in far too long, now that I think about it.
This is a shot from the sweet 16th set of Rachel Face forrestblack and I have shot for the Blue Blood VIP. I love how uber-punk Rachel comes across in this series and the swanky boutique hotel we shot these at was so amazingly cool. Despite the fact that people from neighboring hotels complained about Rachel’s appearance, our hotel was still down for sending someone to get me an iced latte when my energy started to flag. Oi oi, now that is service.
